A week all for yourself, to relax, reload and flow into the heart through yoga (gentle vinyasa and yin), guided meditation and relaxation. The program of this week will be infused by the light of (self)compassion. Delicious and pure vegan/vegetarian food will nurture and calm your body and mind.
Daily yoga (gentle vinyasa and yin), guided meditation and relaxations will provide the structure of the week’s programme. Besides the daily programme there will be plenty of time to do as much or as little as you like. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the ferme, go for a walk in nature or have a swim in the lake nearby.
The cost of the retreat per person is €525, for a private room with shared facilities, including all vegetarian meals and classes. In return we'll ask you for a helping hand, for instance in the kitchen, when needed.
